How long does shipping to Spain take?
We deliver to Spain within 2-5 business days via express shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Turkey.
Are there any customs duties or taxes for orders to Spain?
Since Turkey and the EU are part of a Customs Union, there are no customs duties on our products.
- VAT: We include VAT in our prices at checkout, so you won’t have to pay extra tax.
- Handling Fees: Please note that while duties are zero, local postal services or carriers in Spain may occasionally charge a small customs clearance fee (handling fee) to process the paperwork. This is a local administrative charge and is not collected by us.

How do I find my correct size?

Are the sizes based on EU or UK standards?
Our sizing follows UK standards. If you are between two sizes, we usually recommend sizing down due to our comfortable, inclusive cuts.

Do you accept returns from Spain?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our support team to start a return process.
